New Zealand Passport Renewal
You can renew your NZ passport through online via the NZ Passports official website. In the complete world, there are only 3 institutions which deal with New Zealand passport process which are located in New Zealand, Sydney in Australia and London in the United Kingdom, you can post your application to London, Australia or New Zealand as per your personal preference.
Cost for renewing New Zealand passport is $ 180 and it takes up to 10 working days.

Renew your adult passport online: To renew your passport through online, you must
- Be 16 or older
- Should have a passport, even if it’s expired or has been lost, damaged, or stolen
- Need to change your name while outside of New Zealand or changed your gender since your last passport was issued
Renew New Zealand Passport without online:If you cannot renew your passport through online, then you can use paper application form if you can’t renew your application through online or if in case you don’t have internet access.You can renew your passport with 2 different forms as per your situation; you have to use Adult Renewal Application form you must be 16 years old and more along with
- You have to renew a current or expired passport
- Your passport has not been lost, stolen or damaged
- New Zealand passport of yours should be a diplomatic or official passport
- Your name should not be changed since your last passport was issued
And you also need:
- Digital Photo – of last 6 months in color (in .JPG or .JPEG file)
- Referee details like their passport name, number, and email, date of birth and phone number
- Credit card or debit card prezzi. PayPal, electronic bank transfer, and EFTPOS are not accepted.
